Dovetailed Drawer Boxes

• These drawers are INCLUDED in any RTA cabinet order unless requested otherwise.
• Natural Birch (standard in RTA cabinet orders), Hard Maple and Soft Maple are the standard options.
• Birch plywood available as a price downgrade.
• All other species available as well, must be quoted special.

Undermount Drawer Notching

• Notching is required when drawers are to be used with Undermount glides.
• Minimum drawer box width 6″
  Available with or without hook hole boring
• Standard and wide notches available
• This option is STANDARD with all drawer boxes in RTA cabinet orders when Blum Tandem Soft Close Glide is requested

Keyboard Tray

• Can rout front or front and back. Front and back pictured.
• Minimum box width 12″
• Minimum box height 2″
• Maximum box height 3-1/8″

Drawer Box Hand Pull

• Scoop front hand pull. Ideal when using drawer boxes as display (no doors, desktop in-boxes in an office, etc)
• Minimum box width is 9″
• Hand pull is 5-1/4″ wide and 11/16″ deep, centered on front of drawer box

Cut Down Sides

• Available for 3″ or 4″ high drawer boxes only
• Add 1/8″ to box height dimensions when ordering 3/8″ bottoms
• Rear box height 2″

Roll Out Drawer Front

• Use this option when using ‘display’ drawer boxes with no doors on the cabinet. The extended ears on the front of the drawer box act to hide the drawer glides and fill the space between the side of the drawer and the face frame or cabinet side.
• Drawer box is 1″ wider than the overall ordered box width.
• Minimum drawer box size is 8″

Bread Box Rout

• Rout prepares a standard drawer box to accept a sliding lid.
• Lid not included.
• Lid automatically closes when the drawer shuts
• Use 22-1/8″ deep lid for overlay cabinets and 22-3/4″ for inset cabinet.
• The lid will strike the back of the cabinet and push the lid closed as the drawer is closed.
• Designed for 1/8″ or 1/4″ thick lids
• 9/32″ deep groove on sides only
• 1/8″ rout is 5/32″ wide
• 1/4″ rout is 9/32″ wide
• Minimum box height 4″

Visible Storage Rout

Turn your drawer box into a display unit by combining this drawer box option and a frame only drawer front with glass . Fill the void with beans, rice or marbles. Anything decorative to lend visual interest to the kitchen. The back portion of the drawer functions as standard deep drawer storage.

• Removable divider included located 1-1/2″ behind front of drawer box.

Recessed Back

• Allows box to skirt supply/waste lines even sink bowls
• Customer must specify recess dimensions (A, B & C)

Plate Organizer Kit

• Plate organization kits are designed to be installed in deep drawer boxes for stacked dishware storage.
• Base plates need to be cut to fit the interior dimensions of a specific drawer box.
• Perforated base plates have adjustment holes in 32mm intervals and are 3/8″ thick covered with Beech wood grained melamine.
• Adjustable support posts are 6-5/16″ high solid wood. Posts mount to base plate with a threaded insert, secured with a fastening nut.
• Two styles of support posts are designed to accommodate different shapes and sizes of  dishware: triangular and round.
• Posts are sold in sets of 4 and must be ordered separately

Custom Cutting Boards

• Cutting boards are available in all species.
• Cutting boards are 3/4″ thick; one-piece slab designs also available in 1″ thick.
• All cutting boards have a routed drip groove into the face of the board to collect liquids.
• No oils or finishing treatments will be applied by Conestoga.
• Hand pull option on back of cutting board is available
• Minimum size for all styles is 10″ x 10″, maximum size is 18″ x 22″.
• All designs include 3/4″ radius corners and 3/32″ radius edges.
• Three-piece designs are made using 2-5/16″ wide rails on face (horizontal grain) with pinless construction.

Half Round Wine Bottle Racks

• 30″ or 36″ Long Only. Cut to size.
• Sold in pairs (front and back).
• Front is 2″ high, back is 3″ high.
• Bottle cutouts start 3″ from end on 30″ and 3-1/2″ on 36″.

Cutlery Dividers

• Order 1/16″ less than drawer box inside dimension. When ordered with our drawer boxes or RTA cabinets, size will always be 1-5/16″ less than drawer size.

Sliding Cutlery Divider

• Available with all divider configurations; specify design when ordering.
• Top divider is 1-3/8″ high mounted on a 1/4″ base.
• Recommended maximum drawer box width is 24″ to ensure proper operation.

Knife Block Insert

• Can be sized to fit a specific drawer box or ordered separately. If ordering separately, specify width and depth.
• Knife block and handle rest are unfinished Hard Maple mounted on a prefinished 1/4″ bottom.
• Spacing is 1-1/4″ between slots.
  Minimum insert: 7-1/2″ wide x 16″ deep.
• Maximum insert: 21″ wide x 22″ deep

Spice Tray Insert

• 3/4″ diameter finger hole centered on lead rail for ease of removal from a drawer box.
• Spice rests are 5-1/4″ wide, 1-1/2″ high.
